This page is a simple overview with description of various terms used in the API documentation.
| Term | Description |

| Fulfilment ID | This is Bokbasen's id for a transaction (generated by POST Orders). This is unique and will never change or expire. |
| DDS ID | This is Bokbasen's unique ID for a persons account in Bokskya and will never change (however, on requests, personal accounts might be merged, so that a persons email address later refers to another DDS ID). |
| Order ID | This is a vendors unique ID for a transaction (used in POST Orders). This is unique per vendor and should never change. |
| Download ID | A unique ID for a download process. This is randomly generated on each download initiated (Content download), and cannot be reused. |
| Resource ID | A unique ID for one version of a book. A publisher can release a new version of a book (correct issues etc.) then this ID will change. |
