NOTE ON TESTING THIS: In the current version of DDS in the test environment this is not fully implemented, it will be released in the next version. This will still work, but the 304 response is currently not more performant than a normal request. This will change significantly in the next release, so implementing support for caching and 304 is highly recommended. test environment we are currently testing the new backend for OPDS generation that will give significant performance improvements. If you at times get an empty feed back, it probably means we are testing the pre generation and have been forced to regenerate the feed. This is just a scenario in the testing process, if this happens and remains a problem please contact us.
